ELIF is made up of three residential towers and a podium, with the three residential buildings facing the street and offering a spectacular view. Towers 1 and 2 are positioned in front of the building and have 2Bed, 3Bed, 4Bed, and Penthouse units, while Tower 3 has tiny units like Studio, 1Bed, and 2Bed. The Podium has retail establishments on the main floor, and a residential area with numerous facilities and infinity pools is planned for the top level. ELIF is intended to be a one-of-a-kind residential and business complex in Clark, thanks to its innovative architecture.

maximized the extent of the residential area by placing apartments in most locations of the front with excellent viewing sides, based on its commercial feasibility.

Tripod-style residential towers, each with a 120-degree angle, were designed to give a happy lifestyle by exposing as much of the residential space to the open air as possible while protecting the privacy of the residential area. The ground floor's front was situated as near to the front side of the road as feasible, boosting the mall's accessibility.

Bird's Eye View

ELIF is divided into two sections: residential and business, which are designed to keep each passenger's movements distinct. The front section was planned as a shopping mall area, with a parking lot in front of the building for convenience. The rear part of the property was built and intended to provide access to the basement for residential tenants via two more parking lights. Users can access ELIF by two separate entrances, avoiding traffic congestion that often develop when many cars arrive and depart at the same time.
